ABOUT ZAG
Our vision of skiing: freedom, fluidity, reliability
For more than 20 years, ZAG has been crafting skis in Chamonix, staying closely connected to both the mountain terrain and the people who ride it. Our All-Mountain skis embody this approach — versatile models designed for skiers who refuse to compromise between performance and pleasure.
Do you like to carve beautiful curves on piste, but never say no to a bit of powder between the trees? You don't want to invest in two pairs of skis to switch between groomed snow and light off-piste? The All-Mountain ski, as its name suggests, is designed for the whole ski area.
What makes a good All-Mountain ski?
An All-Mountain ski must be :
- not too narrow (85 to 100 mm at the skate) to float in soft snow,
- nervous enough to grip hard snow,
- maneuverable for pivoting in short bends,
- and stable at medium to high speeds.
It's a controlled compromise between performance, comfort and adaptability.
For what type of skier?
All-mountain skiing is for :
- intermediate skiers who want to progress, - good skiers who want a "unique" pair,
- to mountaineers who often change terrain.
It's the ideal ski for those who want to do it all without changing their equipment.
