THE FREEDOM OF FREERIDING, PERFORMANCE, AND ZAG INTUITION

DEVELOPED IN OUR PROTOTYPING WORKSHOP IN CHAMONIX: THE ZAGLAB.

Since 2015 and the creation of our prototyping workshop, we have been taking the development of each product to the next level. In fact, we can produce and test prototypes within 3 to 4 days—from manufacturing to on-snow testing. This responsiveness is a major asset for the brand, which we leverage to serve skiers by offering ever-more-high-performance skis that best meet the expectations of skiers. In addition, we place our commitment to eco-responsibility at the heart of our R&D to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. We now use 100% recycled steel edges as well as materials sourced 95% from Europe. Furthermore, we incorporate a bio-based resin into a large portion of our product line to reduce the carbon footprint of our production.

The SLAP series is designed for intermediate to expert skiers, whether they prefer the resort or are passionate about freeriding. Lightweight and playful, these skis let you have fun anywhere: carve through powder, navigate the undulating terrain near the slopes, and enjoy maximum versatility on all types of terrain. Thanks to the legendary shape developed by ZAG, every model in the SLAP range offers a performance tailored to each rider’s style.

Are SLAPs good in powder?

Absolutely! Thanks to their twin-tip design, dual rockers, and wide tip, the SLAPs offer excellent floatation and optimal maneuverability in deep snow.

What makes SLAP skis different from other freeride skis?

The SLAP stands out for its twin-tip shape and dual rockers, which deliver playfulness, maneuverability, and lift. Where other freeride skis prioritize pure speed, the SLAP focuses on riding enjoyment and versatility. It’s a ski that loves it all: kickers, switch, powder, carving on the slopes… it’s your playground. Their relatively light weight compared to the competition gives them tenfold maneuverability.
