Orders are shipped via a carrier. Delivery typically takes 2 days within mainland France and 1 week to 10 days for international shipments.

Let them dry at room temperature after each use, with the adhesive exposed to the air. Store them flat or hanging in a dry, temperate place. If they lose their adhesion, you can reapply adhesive.

No. Most skins on the market require a mesh between the adhesive sides; the adhesive on ZAG skins allows them to be folded directly, skin-to-skin, without a mesh.

Depending on the model, as shown at Bindings , it is possible to lubricate and replace certain wear parts. Please contact your authorized service center to have these services performed.

Four product lines. AROC and MATA for all-mountain. SLAP for all-mountain and freeride (SLAP 92, SLAP 100, SLAP 112). UBAC for Touring , and freerando (UBAC 89, 95, 102, 110).

These are the widths in millimeters at the tip, waist, and tail. The waist width largely determines the ski’s performance: below 90 mm, the focus is on grip on hard snow and lightness; above 100 mm, the focus is on float in deep snow.

Camber is the natural upward curve of a ski when it lies flat: it provides grip on hard snow and helps you regain speed in turns. Rocker is the opposite curve, at the tip and tail—the parts of the ski that don’t touch the snow when the ski is flat. It makes it easier to pivot, provides float in powder, and offers greater forgiveness on uneven snow.

Titanal is an aluminum alloy that is incorporated as an insert or plate under the foot. It provides grip, stability at high speeds, and energy return when exiting turns. On the other hand, the ski is less playful and less forgiving at low speeds. The ZAG MATA Ti features a titanal plate on a Heavy Duty "
" construction.

All-mountain skiing stays connected to the resort: on-piste, off-piste, accessible backcountry, and
, typically with a waist width between 80 and 100 mm. Freeride skiing breaks away from this connection: unsecured natural terrain, a waist width of 100 mm or more, and pronounced rockers. Freerando adds skinning to the equation: wide but lightweight skis, mounted on an insert- Bindings .

The UBAC 89 and UBAC 95 are available in sizes labeled women's (W), unisex (W/M)

The avalanche safety kit—consisting of an avalanche transceiver, shovel, and probe—is mandatory as soon as you leave the designated safe area. Not just recommended—mandatory. Knowing how to use your avalanche transceiver is just as important as carrying it. Training sessions are organized at the start of each season by clubs and guides.

Yes. The risks of impact differ from those on the trail: trees, rocks, and falls on steep slopes. ZAG offers the SEND MIPS for freeriding and the STEALTH 3NORM for Touring , and mountaineering.

The skis are prototyped at the ZAG Lab in Chamonix and tested in the terrain surrounding the workshop. The process can be summed up in four words: Build – Test – Learn – Repeat. Production skis are manufactured at our partner factories in the Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Poland.

ZAG has been designing skis in the Alps since 2002, the year of the BIG, followed by the GOLD in 2004. The SLAP was introduced in 2008, then the UBAC in 2012—the first wide, lightweight ski that marked the dawn of freetouring.

The ZAG Lab is the brand's prototyping workshop in Chamonix. Each model is designed, shaped, tested, refined, and then rebuilt there until form and feel become one.
