This information is printed on the inside or outside heel of your shoe.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR SHIPPING A PAIR OF SKIS?
Orders are shipped via a carrier and typically take 2 days to be delivered within mainland France. International shipments take 1 week to 10 days.
IF I ORDER FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, CAN THE PACKAGE BE SHIPPED TO THE EU?
No, or else you'll have to pay French VAT: 20%
If I place an order from a country other than France, are the prices listed inclusive of tax or exclusive of tax?
For countries within the EU, prices are listed inclusive of tax. For countries outside the EU, prices are listed exclusive of tax.

Yes, it will be determined by your country's customs authorities.

WHAT DRILL BITS SHOULD BE USED TO DRILL HOLES IN ZAG SKIS?
3.8" x 9" for our Touring skis Touring UBAC/BAKAN/ADRET) and 4.1" x 9.5" for our alpine skis (SLAP and H-PATROL). 3.5" x 9" for our children's skis (SLAP TEAM / UBAC TEAM)
