We guarantee shipment within 24h/48h for orders without bindings and 48h/72h for orders with mounted bindings. These delivery times are approximate, depending on activity. Please contact us for further information.

Have you changed your mind? You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item to us, with no questions asked.

1. Submit your return request

As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Prepare your package

Pack the product in its original packaging, complete with all labels, accessories, instructions, and warranty.

3. Ship your return

You have 14 days after submitting your request to send us the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Receive your refund

Once we receive your package, our team will contact you by email or phone to confirm the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
