The mountains are demanding—and so is our customer service

Your ZAG skis are covered by a 2-year warranty (effective from the date of purchase) against material defects and manufacturing defects, provided that the form is properly completed.

If you purchased your skis in a store, please contact your retailer directly.

Please note the following before contacting us

Please note that we will not be able to process your request in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear from use (scratches / topsheet nicked by the other ski)

Damage caused by improper maintenance or storage

Damage resulting from improper or excessive use of the product

Damage caused by contact with a stone, rock, stump, tree, road, or ski lift component, etc.

Incorrect installation or repeated installation of different Bindings

Unauthorized modification of the product

Damage caused by third parties (another person, vehicle, etc.)
