The UBACK TOURING 30+7 liters by La Virgule X ZAG Skis: the world’s first Touring ski bag, a co-branded collaboration that combines high standards with creativity, technical expertise with sustainability. It took over a year and a half of prototyping and back-and-forth between Chamonix and Lille to create a bag that is technical, rugged, and deeply eco-friendly. Our mountains need it! Technical features: Orange safety compartment at the front of the pack for shovel and probe, with a sub-compartment made from kitesurfing tube material for the shovel handle and probe. Roll-top system for adjustable volume. Large YKK Aquaguard zipper on the side for easy access to the main compartment. Option to attach 2 ice axes to the front + ice axe loops behind the logo. Adjustable, clip-on side ski loops. Wide opening to accommodate skis/splitboards up to 150mm. Ergonomic shoulder straps and back panel with ventilated back panel. Reinforced waist strap extending from the lower back for optimal support. Length-adjustable. Height- and length-adjustable chest strap. Interior pocket with information about the pack and its materials. Water bladder compartment integrated into the back. Hook to secure the bladder and opening for the hose. Upcycled materials: All of this was destined for the trash, but soon it will be off on an adventure on your back: Decommissioned life rafts provide a waterproof and durable outer shell. Self-inflating mattresses from Quechua lined with 3D mesh (not upcycled at this time), ensuring comfort and breathability on the back. Internal linings made from F-One kitesurfing wings—lightweight, durable, and, above all, unique to each bag. Probe pocket and shovel handle made from kitesurfing wing tubing. Ice axe loop made from Petzl rope scraps and Simond crash pads.
