No, no unfinished orders are processed.
WHERE DO I FIND THE SIZE OF MY SKI BOOTS IN MILLIMETRES?
This information is written on the inside or outside of the heel of your shoe.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR A PAIR OF SKIS?
Shipments are made by carrier and generally take 2 days for delivery in mainland France. International shipments take between 1 week and 10 days.
IF I ORDER FROM A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP TO THE EU?
No, or you will have to pay the French VAT: 20%.
IF I PLACE AN ORDER IN A COUNTRY OTHER THAN FRANCE, ARE THE PRICES SHOWN INCLUSIVE OF TAX OR EXCLUSIVE OF TAX?
For EU countries, prices include VAT. For non-EU countries, prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
I AM PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY?
Yes, it will be determined by the customs authorities in your country.

3.8x9 for our touring skis(UBAC/BAKAN/ADRET) and 4.1x9.5 for our alpine skis(SLAP and H-PATROL). 3.5x9 for our children's skis (SLAP TEAM / UBAC TEAM)
