OUR RETURNS PROCEDURE
For the return of goods within the scope of the guarantees referred to in article 13 above or within the scope of exercising the right of withdrawal referred to in article 14 above, THE CUSTOMER follows the procedure described below:
- The CUSTOMER completes and signs the warranty return or return for retraction form and sends it to the ZAG SKIS customer service (returns) by e-mail at the following address: support@zagskis.com or by post to ZAG SKIS SARL - SERVICE CLIENTS (RETOURS), 2100 route d'Argentière - 74400 Chamonix Mont- Blanc France.
- Upon receipt of the return form, ZAG SKIS will send the CLIENT an acknowledgement of receipt containing a return number and specifying the practical procedures for returning the parcel. It is recommended to print and stick this return number on the parcel in order to facilitate the processing of the request.
- The CUSTOMER packages the product according to the return instructions in its original packaging, complete with original labels, accessories, instructions for use and warranty;
- In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the CUSTOMER shall arrange for the return of the goods and in any event no later than 14 days following the dispatch of the return request to ZAG SKIS. In the event that the warranty is exercised, the CLIENT shall comply with the return procedure indicated by ZAG SKIS.
- Upon receipt of the package, ZAG SKIS will contact the CLIENT by e-mail or telephone and confirm, depending on the reasons for the return and under the conditions described above, either the replacement with a new product, or a refund equivalent to the price of the returned product at the date of the original purchase.
