After-sales service and warranty

The mountains are demanding, and so is our after-sales service.

Your ZAG skis are covered by a 2-year warranty (from the date of purchase) against material and manufacturing defects, provided the form is duly completed.

If you bought your skis in a store, please contact your dealer directly.

Please note that the form will not be processed in the following cases:

Normal wear from use (scratches / topsheet nicked by other ski)

Damage caused by poor maintenance or storage

Damage caused by improper or extreme use of the product in relation to its intended purpose

Damage caused by impact with a stone, rock, stump, tree, road or ski-lift component, etc.

Incorrect assembly or repeated assembly of different Bindings

Unauthorized product modification

Damage caused by third parties (other person, vehicle, etc.)

ZAG stays by your side, even after your purchase
